Hyundai launched the I10 in India which is priced @ 3,78,000 - 6,25,000 (EX DELHI). It is available is Blue, White, Red, Black and Silver shades.
1 EXTERIOR DESIGN & INTERIOR COMFORT
The exterior design is very stylish and dynamic which is due to its fluidic design by Hyundai. The top model of this car features body coloured door handles, side waistline moulding and ORVM’s with inbuilt turn indicators. The most noticeable changes are made to its face. It now has the typical Hyundai styled front grille. It features new reflective lights with body coloured strap on it unlike the black one used previous version. The new edgy headlights uses clear lens which along with smartly placed bonnet enhance the look of this car. There is a chrome finished strip on the grille just below the bonnet with a Hyundai logo on it. It is also aerodynamic and has a better overall feel to the vehicle than its previous version.
The interiors now get a dual tone beige and brown coloured tone which feel much more premium than before. The three spoke steering wheel along with gear knob is now wrapped in leather. The instrument cluster and buttons have blue back light for illumination which looks funky at night. In terms of comfort there is ample head room and leg room on the front and a good amount of space on the back too making it perfect for an average sized family and making the car a comfortable one.

2 ENGINE & GEAR BOX
Engine is a 1.1L IRDE2 4 cylinder motor & a 1.2L Kappa2 4 cylinder motor which delivers the horse power of 69 bhp @ 5500 rpm & 80 bhp @ 6000 rpm and a torque of 101 Nm @ 4500 rpm & 114 Nm @ 4000 and this car weighs 860kgs. This is a 4 valve engine is coupled with a 5 speed manual gear box and a 4 speed automatic one. The engine is peppy and there is no turbo lag. It performs well even with AC powered on and both the engines is a lot refined than the previous versions and offers a very good cabin noise reduction. It also comes with gear shift indicator for better fuel efficiency.
3 ACCLERATION & POWER N PERFORMANCE
The acceleration of this car is good due to less weight and bit more power making it slightly more powerful in its class. The initial pick up is Excellent and the gear ratios is also pretty good which adds to its zippy performance. Especially the 1.2L engine is very enthusiastic and has slightly more acceleration and power which in return gives a very good performance. Acceleration and top speed of this car is give below.

5 STORAGE & SAFETY FEATURES
It has a boot storage space of 225 lts with a rare parcel tray. The top model features Front dual SRS airbags, ABS (Anti-Lock braking system), EBD (EBD),Reverse parking sensors with camera and a fog lamp which adds to its safety.
6 SUSPENSION & BRAKING
There is a good braking system equipped here which features a front disk brakes and a rear drum brakes. The suspension is of good quality with Mc Pherson Strut with Stabilizer bar and at high speeds after crossing 115 Km/h the suspension feels very light and this area could have been a bit improved.
7 RIDING COMFORT & HANDLING QUALITY
The car itself is designed for Indian roads and having a ground clearance of 165mm makes sure that it passes even the worst potholes present on Indian roads. The city driving and cornering of roads is excellent with the help of EPS (Electronic Power Steering) and as the car itself is designed particularly for city and highway experience is pretty good enough but handling of the vehicle after speed of 120 Km/h could have been improved. The wheelbase of 2380 adds to its stability. It is strongly built car with strong beams in front and sides to avoid maximum harm.
