Hyundai launched the Eon in India which is priced @ 2,83,000 - 3,85,000 (EX DELHI). It is available is Blue, White, Red and Silver shades.
1 EXTERIOR DESIGN & INTERIOR COMFORT
The exterior design is very stylish and dynamic which is due to its fluidic design by Hyundai. The fluidic lines start from the front bumper and moves along nicely into the edgy tail lamps. The chrome strip under the bonnet goes really well with the new shaped grill. This car comes hexagonal bumper grill with broad and sharp headlights and front bumper sports triangular space for fog lights. All in all with the curvy appearance makes it look more premium.The top model of Eon comes with never before offered features like, body colour bumpers, ORVM's, sporty roof antenna with fog lamps and full wheel covers. It has a key-less entry making it feel premium with options like rear spoiler
The interiors are jazzy which is stuffed with modern features such as dual tone beige interiors making it best in class and has a good finished 3 spoke steering wheel. The instrument panel is nicely designed with additional features like digital double trip meter and gear shift indicator which helps the car to give optimum fuel efficiency and the plastic quality is pretty good enough. 2 ENGINE & GEAR BOX
Engine is a 814cc 3 cylinder motor which delivers the horse power of 56 bhp @ 5500 rpm and torque of 75 Nm @ 4000 rpm and this car weighs 725kgs. This is a 4 valve engine is coupled with a 5 speed manual gear box. The engine is peppy and there is no turbo lag. It performs well even with AC powered on but here is still room left when it comes to refinement. It also comes with ‘Alternator Management System’ (AMS) developed by Hyundai especially for Indian customers to deliver more Eco-efficient driving and addition with gear shift indicator fuel efficiency is well maintained.
3 ACCLERATION & POWER N PERFORMANCE

There is a good braking system equipped here which features a front disk brakes and a rear drum brakes. The suspension is of good quality with gas filled shock absorbers and at high speeds the rear suspension feels a bit too soft but tat is acceptable for an entry level car.

The city driving and cornering of roads is very good thanks to its very light and smooth power steering but tends to slightly try's to loose control in highway conditions and highway cornering could have been better The wheelbase of 2380 adds to its stability but where as due to its light weight it highway driving or driving at speed of 120 is a bit of challenge. It is strongly built car with strong beams in front and sides to avoid maximum harm.
